swimming is a good option or just use the machines at the gym. Remember to keep hydrated (WATER!!! not anything with added sugar etc) and to eat healthyWhat advice would you give to a teenager trying to lose 25 pounds?
skip dinner and eat b4 4:00 so your body can digest drink milk and green tea for extra metabolism and work out a lot
eat healthier, no more vending machines, fast food, soda. Exercise more, find a sport you like and do it or join a team. Swimming is good, no pressure on joints. And if you want to satisfy junk food habits, eat it in moderation and follow the servings on the box.
Well, first of all I would like just start out by taking walks. Then, once you've got comfortable with that step it up to a jog. Swimming laps around a pool is also really good, or just runnung around in the pool. That works your legs. I have to stay fit because of the career I want!! Anyway, you couldPush ups, sit ups, and other arobic exercises. Don't go on a diet cause they are just temporary. Hope you love my answer!!
