I'm planning to start exercising since I feel I'm gaining more weight now than when I had my baby 4 months ago. I've always have in mind of trying dietary/nutritional natural supplements but I'm scare it would bring secondary effects. What do you think of that? What is your experience?What do you advice about dietary/nutritional supplements?
