4) Chloe is concerned that her baby will not be healthy when it is born. She is wondering if there is anything she can do that will help ensure that her baby will be okay. What advice can you give Chloe about the steps that she can take toward a healthy baby?
My advice would be--do your own homework. What advice can you give Chloe about the steps that she can take toward a healthy baby?
Is this a school assignment of sorts?
anyways
Chloe can take prenatal vitamins as recommended by her doctor, Actually see a doctor for regular prenatal check ups, avoid alcohol and drugs and cigarettes during the pregnancy, eat a healthy well balanced diet. She can also get prenatal screening and ultrasounds done to detect any potential problems and intervene early for better outcomes. Ensure shes in a safe healthy environment IE: free of abuse
Are you getting us to do your homework for you ??? This sounds like a test question.
Chloe should get some help - via a midwife or doctor - and find out the healthiest foods to eat as well as what to avoid during her pregnancy.
and who is chloe? lol.
get a good OB/GYN (show up for every appointment, do every test and exam), take prenatal vitamins, eat a healthy balanced diet, drink LOTS of water, and mild exercise (walking, some yoga, stretching, etc).
BREASTFEEDING is NOT always an OPTION PEOPLE!!!! Get over yourselves! Some women just CAN'T do it....keep that in mind when you COWS are forcing the issue on other women!
breastfeed right after birth (and hopefully continue breastfeeding)
