I need advice on how to price my garage sale items?

I have lots of nice things I am putting in a garage sale, such as clothes, baby items, and household things. I want to make a lil money, but do not want to be too high on my items. What is a good rule or percentage of retail value that I should put on these like new items?

Also, it's a multi family sale. We are planning on using different color stickers for each family to make the check out easier. Any different ideas or suggestions for organization would be great. Thanks in advance.I need advice on how to price my garage sale items?
Try to go at least to 50% of the original price, if not more. Another thing to keep in mind is, if you price it just a little higher than you think it should go for, people can talk you down. That always makes a buyer happy, when they think they talked you down from your original price. It works for me. Out of the last 2 yard sales I had in the last couple of years, I've made at least $300. Good luck.I need advice on how to price my garage sale items?
go to this site: http://www.yardhopper.com

Look at some of the existing sales that are probably selling similar items to what you are selling. Check out the prices.

You can even email the user and ask their opinion directly.
