HI I have been there before. The only thing there really is, is time. When you love someone like you do there is no majic formula. It would be nice if there was but there is not. I am a believer, if you are, then ask God to help you grow from this, mature and learn from it. If you have shared your body with him than it will be much harder. Seek God out allow Him to fill that void. If you do that He will guide you thru this and He can help you to know what to look for in a REAL man next time. There is a lot to learn from God. I know your pain and it is real, it is a loss. So give it time.
