How can I get legal advice or report that the law has been broken relating to the execution of a will?

A will and trust has not been executed as it should have been. The state is NC. Who can I report this too so it will be investigated. How can I get legal advice or report that the law has been broken relating to the execution of a will?
The execution of a will is a civil matter unless fraud was involved. In the absence of fraud, there is no agency that will investigate the matter.

If you were an interested party (creditor, heir, beneficiary under previous version), you need to talk to an attorney. If the document was improperly executed, you may be able to challenge it in court. How can I get legal advice or report that the law has been broken relating to the execution of a will?
If the execution affected you personally, you can sue the executor. If the execution didn't affect you personally, then you lack standing to sue. If your county has a Registrar of Wills, that might be a good place to start.
Seek and pay another lawyer. They are just waiting to take more of the inheritance away from fools.
Start with your county seat (courthouse). If you get no resolve there then contact your state attorney general.
