What is the best advice that you can give for labor and delivery?

My second birth is due to happen any day. I have been doing some reading and refreshing for tips for labor and delivery, but would love to hear YOUR best advice for anything related to birth, labor, delivery and post partum. What is the best advice that you can give for labor and delivery?
Trust your body. Let your uterus do the work it was created to do. Let it happen naturally, don't fight it, and go with the flow. The strong sensations are just that - sensations of the birth. Don't think of them as pain. Stay calm, and experience everything to the fullest. It is one of life's most awesome moments, maybe the most amazing and satisfying and creative thing you will ever do.

When the baby comes, take him/her into your arms immediately. Let the docs and nurses do their check-ups while you hold him/her. It's your child, your delivery, and your moment. You should be the first one your baby sees and feels.

Just enjoy the whole thing! Congrats, and good luck. What is the best advice that you can give for labor and delivery?
don't be scared. I''m looking forward to birth (any day now!) and I really looked forward to the birth of my first son as well. If you realize that your body is made to do this and that billions of woman have done it successfully than you will go into it with less tension and most likely have a better labor and delivery. Just remember that it is the best thing that you will ever do :)
