What are some good advice to help a 35 yr woman conceive a child?

We've tried artifical insemenation and it has not worked, our health plan does not cover IVF, we can't afford adoption either. Does taking prenatal pills daily help? What are some good advice to help a 35 yr woman conceive a child?
Taking prenatals is vital, though it wont increase your chance of conceiving, it will greatly increase your chance of carrying successfully.

-Eat healthy, drink lots of water

-DO NOT USE LUBE unless its a sperm friendly brand like preseed (which I highly recommend)

-stay laying down for at least 20 minutes after sex

-Orgasming will dilate your cervix and allow mmore sperm to get into your uterus, so have fun

Charting your basal body temp (sites light fertility friend will help), and using ovulation predictor kits is the best way to make sure you have sex during peak fertility. Peak fertility is from 3 days before ovulation to one day after. You want to make sure to have sex every 24-48 hours during that time for the best chances of conceiving.

Also, if there is a male factor, consider buying Instead cups, They're soft cups normally used for menstruation, but they can be used while TTC by putting them in after sex to hold the sperm up at the cervix for up to 12 hours.

Good luck! What are some good advice to help a 35 yr woman conceive a child?
Hello,

Although I cannot comment on how to conceive I can give some information on adoption. Adopting through your State Child Protective Services is not expensive and often the children have monies set aside by the State to assist with daily living. You can get more information from your local CPS.

I can speak for the State of NJ, when you complete an adoptive home study (which is free with CPS), and complete mandatory trainings you then are hooked up with a resource worker who will help you through the process.

It is just a thought and could help a child in need of a forever home.
black tea and green tea enhance fertility

loosing weight[if you are overweight] or gaining alittle[if underweight]

do not stress. and just relax. take a hot bath at night[do not do it after ovulation] ..take a warm bath after then..

you can take prenatal vitamins thats fine. that's actually good!

try using robitussin[regular] and just use it up to ovulation, and also exercise!

trust me you'll see within a matter of 3month's you CM will be sooo much better..

good luck and baby dust to you!
There are some vitamins (such as Ovulex, Fertilaid, and Fertility Blend) that are supposed to help you get pregnant faster.

I just started taking Fertility Blend a month and a half ago, so I can't say for sure that they will work for me. . . but they have many good reviews.

Its made by Daily Wellness - maybe u should check out their website
the best advice would be to go to your doctor and talk about this and ask about seeing a sex therapist too

there are also many parenting sites for this but they are not as good to answering this question as what i have said above
I don't believe it's suppose to enhance your fertility or anything it's just good to take so you're baby is getting all the vitamins right off the bat.
