We are building a new house and we are trying to find some good spray foam insulation for about 4000 square foot. We are new to this and not really sure what to look for, meaning what is good and worth paying for or what is crappy and not worth spending are money on.
If yall could send me some advice and/or some good websites to go to that would be great.

Polyicenysyanurate,(spray foam) is the best form of insulation for stick built homes. However, it is about 3 to 4 times the price of fiberglass,(it'll take about 15 yrs to make your money back on your heating and cooling.)
Wall spray cellulose is best for the money, it's only about 20 to 30% over the price of fiberglass, but only takes 3 to 4 yrs to get your money back. Also it's environmentally sound, as it's 99% recycled material, and the harshest chemical in cellulose is boric acid (which makes a great insect repellent)

Termites eat styrofoam.
I found this out @ school (2nd year apprenticeship for carpentry).
Where I live the cold kills them so it isn't an issue but it is something to be considered. That's why certain parts of the country do not use Insulated Concrete Forms or Structural Insulated Panels.
If you find that you aren't able to use the foams in your area then I would recommend either the green insulation (made from rockwool) or the white insulation from Johns Manville both of which are Formaldehyde-free (formaldehyde being a known carcinogen).
The green insulation has the higher R-values (as well it provides better sound reduction, fire resistance)
As for the spray foams my wife and I chose Spray Jones to do our basement mainly because the Bio-alternative spray foam was Soy based and I'm allergic to soy.

You should probably go with a Toyota Camry because the Honda's don't last (as) long and the Corolla should be the only other option, but during 1994-1997 the Corolla had trunk leaks during rainy days and you could see water spot inside the back tail lights that sometimes caused shortages. So your best shot will have to be a Camry.
I think I would suggest to you that you buy a brand new it'll save from lot's of headache compared to the old one who's always a problem.
Also you need to be aware on the law when you're going to a contract from a buyer.
Stick to Japanese brands (Toyota, Honda). For mileage stick to under 150,000 miles. You should definitely take the car to a trusted mechanic before buying the car.

In a couple of weeks I will start my first job ever. It is in the corporata field.
I would appreciate the advice of experienced people.

always show up early for everything. if the office officially opens @ 8, be there @ 7:30. for meetings, 5-10 minutes early. if your not busy, ask other people if they need help w/ something. learn other people's jobs. what they do. how it affects your job. don't be afraid to ask questions. be a good employee. that's what they pay you for. even though you think no one is noticing your extra effort, they are.What is the best advice you could give someone who will start his first job?

Be on time, show up everyday. Check your attitude at the door.
Co-operate with the business and your peers, and do not get involved with the BS in an office world. Stay neutral as much as possible.

Be nice to everyone and be part of the team socially because outsiders are the first to be laid off. Also understand politics and personalities are the main reason someone is promoted, not hard work.

friends have huge impact in dress, appearance, styles, likes/dislikes, even future professions (like my sister with her best friend)How can/do the advice or suggestions of others influence young people?
way more then people are willing to admit. young adults are usually self conscious and will not do or not do anything to alienate them from society
Ever hear the addage, ';you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink';? Same applies to this dilemma.
younger kids look up to their elders and are inspired to be like them, normally however your parents act you will act in the future.
Experience is wisdom...
